Obesity is a major risk factor for various metabolic disorders such as type 2 diabetes, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases. The types of articles published include original articles, editorials, case reports, reviews, short communications, and letters to the editor. The aim of Open Access Journal of Obesity and Metabolic disorders is for the better understanding, prevention and treatment of obesity to improve the lives of those affected and thereby to reduce the incidence of obesity-related metabolic disorders.
