Dr. Shanna Chapman has been practicing as a nurse since 1997 and as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2005. She obtained her Doctorate of Nursing Degree in 2012 from the University of Iowa. She has excelled by working in a specialty as an Ears, Nose & Throat Nurse Practitioner, in the VA as a PCP, and has even owned her own primary clinic. In Academia, she started out at Missouri State University, helping formulate their DNP program, and has been with Chamberlain College of Nursing since 2013. She has taught almost every course and is the Course Lead/Subject Matter Expert for Health Policy as well as Fiscal Analysis. She is responsible for formulating the DNP Operations Taskforce, which she chairs. She is the past Chairperson on the Academic Integrity Committee and Professional Review Committee. She was the Chairperson for the University wide Grade Rounding Taskforce as well as the Chairperson for the DNP PTO Taskforce. My name is Shaimaa Elhadary, associate professor of medical-surgical nursing Faculty of Nursing at Cairo University. I have around 20 years of experience in the academic field. I got Ph.D. in 2009.
