Mony Fraer have been working as an academic nephrologist since 2005. The clinical part of my work involves all aspects of care for patients with kidney diseases (including transplant, kidney stones and dialysis) both in an inpatient (all 3 hospitals in the Iowa City area) and outpatient setting; he also continue to have a general internal medicine inpatient exposure. The teaching aspect of my job involves both formal/class as well as bedside/clinical education for trainees at different levels (students, residents of different specialties and nephrology fellows as well as peers - outreach, division and departmental lectures). From an administrative perspective he have been the medical director for dialysis at University of Iowa since 2015.

Dr. Morshed Salah has completed his MD in 1992 from University Medical School of Pecs, Hungary and his postgraduate studies on urology in 1996 and PhD studies in 2001 from the university of Debrecen, Hungary. He has received his Master,s Degree in Health Services Management from University of Debrecen, Hungary in 2007. He has worked as assistant professor of urology and consultant urologist in the Department of Urology of the University of Debrecen, Hungary from 2002-2012. From 2012-2016 he has worked as a consultant and from 2016 till date as senior consultant in Hamad Medical Corporation. From 2013 till date he is an assistant professor of clinical urology in Weill Cornell of Medicine. He has 56 publications, more than 100 presentations, 26 impact factor more than 450 citations and 12 h Index. Dr. Morshed is Editorial board member and reviewer of several international scientific journals.
